Rising Star Games are known for publishing a myriad of Japanese games primarily for handheld consoles like the 3DS and Vita, such as Sorcery Saga: Curse of the Great Curry God, Hometown Story, and No More Heroes .
Scandinavian/Japanese publisher Rising Star Games have announced via press release that they have partnered with indie developer Rat King Entertainment to put out their upcoming puzzler TRI later this year.
TRI, which is being developed for the PC, Mac and Linux by a German developer, seems to be a bit of a departure for them.
As for the game in question, TRI is a first-person puzzle platformer that brings games like Portal and Antechamber to mind. Set in a colorful and somewhat surreal world described in the press release as “the world of the Odd Gods,” the game tasks players with navigating a series of complex environments in order to “meet the fox god himself!”
