A new Fallout 4 video shows Codsworth strutting around on some new ‘sexy legs’ from the Automatron DLC, which is just about as alarming as one might think it is.
Fallout 4 ‘s Automatron DLC has been out for lass than a week, and it took exactly that long for someone to combine the words ‘Codsworth’ and ‘Sexy Legs’. The stalwart robotic butler usually floats around the Commonwealth, but thanks to the robot-building features of the latestexpansion, he can finally perfect his fashion runway stride thanks to a pair of Assaultron legs.
Codsworth may be able to say many names, but we like to imagine this latest development left him speechless.
Automatron introduces the ability to mix and match robotic parts onto various AI companions, and pits players against a big new baddie called The Mechanist. While most gamers focus on building from the strongest combination of available parts, it’s clear that some players have other intentions in mind. In the words of a different butler than Codsworth, “Some men just want to watch the world burn.”
Here’s a video showing Codsworth strutting his stuff with the new legs:
While Codsworth is certainly one of the more memorable robotic companions of the Fallout franchise, the Automatron DLC focuses on the introduction of ADA, a robot built from a combination of Assaultron and Protectron parts. Upon encountering her, she will inform the player about the Commonwealth’s newest threat: robots built The Mechanist, which are attacking everyone in the Commonwealth indiscriminately.
Though Automatron has only been out for a few days, it hasn’t taken YouTubers long to make some creative videos with the new content. We’d stated that Fallout 4 should have the robobrain 3 months ago, and when Automatron re-reintroduced the iconic robot to the franchise, it took only a matter of days for someone to make a battle video involving a thousand of them.
Automatron is far from the last portion of expanded content for Fallout 4, as Bethesda is scheduled to have some Pokemon -esque DLC cued up for April, which will then be followed-up by Bethesda’s largest slice of downloadable content everin May. PC fans can also rejoice in the fact that the long-awaited Survival Mode will be included in a beta update next week.
Between robotics, animal training, survival, and new landscapes, Bethesda Games Studios has a full content schedule for the next few months, giving them – like Codsworth – some strong legs to stand on.
We’ll have a review of the robot-building DLC posted soon! Gamers can also check out another Codsworth Legs video that shows a more sultry gait here.
What do you think of Codsworth’s leg game, Ranters?
