Activision and Treyarch have gotten ahead of the curve in fueling the hype train for Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 , dropping a gameplay reveal trailer last weekend that caught a lot of attention.

last weekend that caught a lot of attention. Fans of the franchise both applauded the bevy of gameplay innovations coming to the series and have questioned some of the changes being implemented. Regardless of if they’re being negative or positive, Activision and Treyarch have succeeded in getting people talking about the game.

The trailer did a great job of offering players a look at the gameplay in Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 . Following the trailer reveal, press demos offered even more insight into what Black Ops 3 will bring to the table when it releases on November 6th, including details on the campaign, multiplayer, and zombies.

Excited fans ready to jump into these game modes on day one can digitally pre-order the game now on their platform of choice. The standard game is available for the typical $60 price point, but there’s also a Digital Deluxe Edition available for $100.

The Digital Deluxe Edition comes with some added goodies not included in the standard version of the game, such as the Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 season pass and other DLC, the contents of which is unknown at this point. For comparison, the season pass can be purchased by itself for $50, so those that plan on buying the base game and the season pass can save $10 if they go with the Digital Deluxe Edition.

As an additional bonus, pre-ordering the physical, digital, or Digital Deluxe version of the game will grant gamers access to the Black Ops 3 ‘s multiplayer beta, which will take place at an undetermined date in the future.

So far, Black Ops 3 is only confirmed for three platforms, and so can only be pre-ordered for one of those consoles. The game is confirmed for PC (check out the minimum requirementsto see if your rig can run it), PS4, and Xbox One, but there are rumors that it may be coming to Wii Uas well.

In the meantime, there has been no word on potential PS3 and Xbox 360 versions. This would mark the first time that a main series Call of Duty title didn’t see release on Xbox 360, but it’s probably time to leave the seventh generation behind. If there is a seventh gen version of Black Ops 3 , it will probably be handled by a studio other than Treyarch. Meanwhile, if the aforementioned Wii U version actually materializes, it’d be a safe bet to assume that it would have more in common with the PS3/360 version of the game as opposed to the PC/PS4/Xbox One version of it.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 hits PC, PS4, and Xbox One on November 6th. A multiplayer beta for the game is planned, but when exactly it will take place is not yet known. More concrete beta information will be made available as the release date nears, maybe even as soon as this year’s E3 event in Los Angeles.
