The Canadian Video Game Awards recently released their list of finalists for this year’s awards ceremony and Armillo made the list of nominations for Best New Character.

This pits the small orange armadillo against giants such as the twins and Arno from Assassin’s Creed Syndicate. Armillo came out exclusively on the Wii U over a year ago on the eShop as a sort of 3D platformer.
The Canadian Videogame Awards show is the third largest video game show in the world which celebrates video games in the Canadian industry. This year the show will take place on December 5 in Toronto.
