A few days ago, Destructoid published a rumor that Beyond Good & Evil 2 would be coming exclusively to the NX.

It would be a Bayonetta 2-esque situation, where a critically successful but commercially unsuccessful game gets a sequel funded by Nintendo exclusively for their console. The working title is supposedly “Beyond Good and Evil: The Prejudices of Philosophers”.
Now, some new information has come to light. During a Destructoid UK podcast, they mentioned that Ubisoft asked them to remove the rumor. No reason for the requested removal was given. Now, this could just be Ubisoft being weird, but it definitely seems to add some sort of validity to the rumor. Hopefully we find out the truth at E3 in a few months.
